State Testing Info

JH State Testing Schedule

State testing begins April 12th. Attached is a schedule so you can talk with your JH student about being prepared. Please note the specific dates/times that your child is testing so there is no conflict with outside appointments such as doctor or dentist. Once a student begins a test s/he must finish or it will be invalidated and cannot be made up. As always, thank you for what you do to support our schools, our state testing program and our students. Your partnership is appreciated.

Strategic Planning

The school board is embarking on a process to create a strategic plan for Perry Public Schools that will establish a vision and goals to advance the school district over the next several years. This will be a lengthy project that will involve input from the entire community. The first item of business to kickoff the strategic planning process is a survey that will be available beginning Monday, April 5 and will close on Monday, April 19. The survey is open to parents, grandparents, staff, faculty, alumni, current PHS students, and residents of Perry to provide feedback. We look forward to an engaging and inclusive process that brings forth our best thinking about the future of Perry Public Schools, and what we as a community are called to do in the years to come. Look for the online survey next week and consider taking time to provide your feedback. Thank you in advance for your engagement in this important work. Learn more at:
